Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), established in 1931, is an internationally renowned university with 90 years of excellence in higher education. Located in Selangor, Malaysia, it is one of the largest and most prominent research-intensive comprehensive universities in Southeast Asia. UPM is a member of the Association of Southeast Asian Institutions of Higher Learning (ASAIHL), the ASEAN University Network (AUN), the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), and the Eurasia-Pacific Uninet(EPU).
